We are seeking for an experienced Team Lead with a robust background in acquiring and issuing solutions (online and PoS - card present and unattended) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving and executing the product strategy. This role is pivotal in shaping the profile of our acquiring and issuing solutions. This is a full-time hybrid role with flexibility for remote work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the Acquiring function and present implementations from scratch;
  • Responsible for the onboarding and off boarding of new merchants closely following the Compliance policies;
  • Setup a disputes resolution process and team;
  • Knowledge in the Issuing area would be considered as an advantage;
  • Gather and prioritize product, CMO and customer requirements through active stakeholder engagement;
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to develop user-friendly interfaces that enhance the customer experience;
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing and sales teams to guide product development from concept through launch, ensuring alignment and clarity across functions;
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities, ensuring our products remain industry-leading;
  • Develop business cases to support new product initiatives and enhancements;
  • Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to inform future iterations and improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus;
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, specifically within acquiring solutions or the payments industry;
  • Strong understanding of payment processing systems, merchant services, and the acquiring ecosystem;
  • Strong technical profile who understands the data exchange and flow in the cards payments business;
  • Demonstrated success in launching and managing complex products throughout their lifecycle;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels effectively;
  • Proven ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies;
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
