Account Deletion Guide
If you would like to delete your user profile, you must first close your account through our web banking application. Please follow the steps below:
Steps to close your account:

Log in to the PayMan Group Ltd. web banking application.

Navigate to “Accounts”.

Select “Close account”.

Confirm the action.
After your account is successfully closed:

Your login credentials (username and password) will be permanently deleted.

You will no longer be able to access your profile.

These login details cannot be recovered.
Data we are required to retain by law
Your personal data processed by PayMan Group Ltd. in relation to payment services, money transfers, and regulatory requirements cannot be deleted immediately, as we are legally obligated to retain it for 5 years, in accordance with:
- The Payment Services and Payment Instruments Act
- The Anti-Money Laundering Act
This includes data and documents related to transactions, operations, and maintaining commercial relationships.
