Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure smooth delivery of our product roadmap.
Responsibilities and requirements.
The ideal candidate will be able to:
Create and manage: Project plans; Project budgets; Project resources; Project documentation; Project contracts; Project scope/dependencies, etc;
Facilitate the collect and approval of business requirements from the stakeholders/customers;
Manage all stakeholders - internal, external, superior and subordinate;
Conduct, manage and administer regular project meetings;
Identify blockers, manage risks, and keep stakeholders aligned
Escalate topics and produce decision documents;
General requirements:
Experienced in Project management (3+ years), ideally in a fintech or startup environment
Good knowledge of the Financial Industry;
Good knowledge of the Analytics Industry;
Sound experience within IT projects for an external customer;
Good command of English language (spoken and written);
Outstanding communication skills;
Strong sense of governance and ability to timely escalate to the senior management risks and issues with an elaborated list of potential solutions.
