What we’re looking for:

  • 4+ years of QA and test automation experience, with a strong manual testing background;

  • Programming skills in JS/TS is a strong advantage;Experience with CI/CD, Git, SQL, and modern testing frameworks;

  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, risk-based testing, and test strategy;

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail;

  • Ability to design and maintain scalable, reusable, and reliable automation solutions;

  • Strong exploratory and manual testing skills;

  • Experience testing complex integrations or distributed systems is a plus;

  • FinTech, payments, or banking experience is a strong advantage;

  • Excellent English, both written and verbal.

A great match if you:

  • Think beyond individual test cases and take ownership of overall quality;

  • Know when to automate and when manual testing is the better approach;

  • Enjoy solving complex technical problems and improving the way things are tested;

  • Want to have a real impact on the quality of payment products used in a fast-growing FinTech environment.

We offer:

  • Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses;

  • Flexible hybrid work model with a cozy office in Sofia, Bulgaria;

  • Additional social benefits (additional health insurance, and fully funded MultiSport card);

  • Opportunity to join a new Payment Institution business;

  • Mentorship program and personalized career development plan;

  • Additional trainings and certification;

  • Regular networking events and team-building activities;

  • A dynamic and diverse team of dedicated professionals, committed to creating cutting-edge products;

  • Supportive and welcoming company culture.

If you’re a “big picture” thinker and technology guru with a strategic mindset who wants to work for a fast-growing FinTech company, then this may be the perfect opportunity for you!
