Do you want to shape the marketing strategy of a fast-growing FinTech company and be the driving force behind its brand and communication efforts?

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager with a focus on Marketing Communications, a creative and strategic thinker who loves to execute ideas, craft compelling messages, and see tangible results from their work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company’s marketing and communication strategy, aligned with overall business goals;
  • Build and strengthen brand awareness and market positioning;
  • Create and manage engaging content: blog articles, email campaigns, website copy, and social media posts;
  • Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads);
  • Manage email marketing campaigns using tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar;
  • Oversee and update website content, including landing pages, product descriptions, and news;
  • Manage the company’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and coordinate content calendars;
  • Apply SEO / SEM practices to improve visibility and performance;
  • Utilize marketing automation tools and monitor performance metrics (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.);
  • Organize and support event marketing and PR activities (experience in this area is a plus);
  • Analyze campaign results, report key metrics, and propose data-driven improvements;
  • Collaborate closely with product, business, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in marketing and/or marketing communications;
  • Proven experience or strong interest in the following areas:

– Content strategy & creation (copywriting, storytelling, blog & social media content)

– Brand awareness & positioning

– Digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)

– Email marketing (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools)

– Social media management

– Marketing automation & performance tracking

– Website content management

– SEO

– Event marketing & PR coordination (a plus if experienced)

  • Excellent communication and writing skills with a strong sense of tone and style;
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and interpret campaign performance and conversion data;
  • Proactive, creative, and hands-on attitude, someone who enjoys executing ideas, not just delegating them;
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
