We’re looking for a proactive and strategically minded Management Assistant to our CEO - someone who doesn’t just organize workflows, but helps accelerate them.

Your Mission
You will act as a trusted partner to the CEO — supporting decision-making, safeguarding priorities, and helping ensure that the organization moves forward in alignment with its strategic goals.
What You’ll Lead and Support
- Work closely with the CEO to organize priorities, structure workflows, and ensure that focus remains on the highest-impact tasks;
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and follow-ups — making sure great ideas turn into real progress;
- Facilitate communication between teams and build clarity where needed;
- Prepare impactful presentations, reports, and executive summaries that support strategic decision-making;
- Conduct research, gather insights, and help evaluate opportunities;
- Maintain discretion and sound judgment in handling sensitive executive and business matters;
- Prepare financial forecasts and investment justifications;
- Oversee office operations and facility management initiatives — ensuring a well-organized, efficient, and inspiring workplace environment;
- Act as a catalyst — helping the CEO and leadership team stay one step ahead.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in an Executive, Personal Assistant, Chief of Staff, Project Coordinator, or similar role — experience in finance, fintech, or project-driven environments is a strong advantage;
- University degree in Business Administration, Project Management, HR, or a related field;
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills — you are comfortable structuring complexity and navigating ambiguity;
- A proactive mindset — you see what needs to be done and make it happen;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — you are clear, attentive, and solution-oriented;
- Comfortable in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment where speed and adaptability matter;
- Strong command of English (written and spoken);
- Tech-savvy — confident with productivity tools (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.);
- Good financial culture and ideally background.
