Junior UI/Graphic Designer

The Junior UI/Graphic Designer will support the Chief UX/UI/Creative Manager by focusing on creating visually appealing and user-friendly digital content. This role is dedicated to executing design tasks rather than setting strategic direction. You will be involved in designing UI screens, banners, social media posts, and other marketing materials, contributing to the effective delivery of cutting-edge products.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize UI screens for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience;
• Create engaging banners, social media posts, and marketing materials that align with our brand’s visual identity;
• Use design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator to produce high-quality visuals;
• Work closely with the Chief UX/UI/Creative Manager to handle operational design tasks, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery;
• Assist in developing interactive prototypes to showcase design concepts and gather feedback;
• Prepare and deliver final design assets for development, ensuring they are correctly formatted and organized;
• Maintain consistency with our brand guidelines across all design projects;
• Implement feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and enhance design outputs.

Requirements

• Student or certification in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience;
• Proficiency in design tools including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator;
• Experience in UI/Graphic design with a portfolio showcasing relevant work;
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality design;
• Good communication skills for presenting design concepts and incorporating feedback;
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Willingness to learn and grow.
