Sales Executive
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a proven track record in corporate, banking, and IT solutions sales. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets;
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and client referrals;
- Conduct market analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities;
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and loyalty;
- Present and demonstrate payment solutions, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions tailored to client requirements;
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to develop customized proposals and negotiate contracts;
- Close deals efficiently while managing the sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing;
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, track performance against targets, and report on key sales metrics;
- Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities, leads, opportunities, and client interactions;
- Provide regular updates and insights to the CEO on market conditions and sales pipeline status;
- Work closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and client needs;
- Participate in sales meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s solutions and brand;
- Stay informed about the latest developments in payment solutions, banking technology, and industry-specific trends.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience (5+ years) in corporate, banking, or IT solutions sales with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets;
- Strong background in solution selling, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders;
- In-depth understanding of the payments and banking sector, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities;
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with a strategic mindset and a consultative approach to sales;
- Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization;
- Proven ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners;
- Strong network within the corporate and banking sectors is highly desirable;
- Ability to analyze client needs, market conditions, and competition to provide strategic sales recommendations;
- Highly driven, proactive, and able to work independently to achieve ambitious sales goals.
